GJK Facility Services announces a 50/50 partnership agreement with Pro1 – a leading Australian property maintenance and de-fit company.

The partnership supports our overall growth and diversification strategy. It represents an important strategic milestone for our business that will enhance our service expertise and market leadership in facility services.

Established in Victoria, Pro1 is a family-run property maintenance and de-fit business. The company started in 2016 with just six employees and has since grown to become a national, multi-skilled maintenance leader, delivering successful and highly diverse commercial projects. Pro1 has an impressive portfolio with clients including JLL, Colliers, CBRE, GPT, Knight Frank, Australian Catholic University, Holden, Lendlease, Challenger, to name a few.

GJK currently provides a range of projects and maintenance services, however, it is known predominantly for its dominance in cleaning. Pro1 will be assisting GJK to deliver their projects and maintenance services, while Pro1 benefits from shared service support.

Pro1 will relocate to GJK’s head office in Collingwood, so both businesses can operate in collaboration. Pro1 is finalising the fit-out works of GJK’s warehouse to convert it into a dynamic, open-plan office space for all employees.
