GJK appoints six experienced leaders to join the advisory board.

GJK Facility Services is delighted to announce we have a new Advisory Board to help our leadership team gain new insights, benefit from strategic advice and explore new opportunities whilst ensuring strong governance and sound business practice.
We welcome 6 Advisory Board Members including our Chairman Rick Albertini. Rick has 30 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant & Advisor and is a Partner of Brentnalls SA. Rick served as Managing Partner of the firm between 2012 and 2020 and was integral in the strategic growth of the firm. Rick’s extensive experience in business advisory services has a particular focus on scaling up and growing businesses, and he is dedicated to working collaboratively with clients to achieve the results they desire, by driving profitability and mentoring management teams to work more effectively.
Rick Koumouris currently serves as Senior Advisor to the CEO at Fluor Corporation. Previously he was the Group President and in his 33 years at Fluor Rick has lived and/or worked on five continents. His global experience and leadership in running large global services organisations bring depth to the GJK advisory board. Rick has a BE (Chemical) from the University of Melbourne, a MEngSc from Monash University, and is a graduate of the AMP program at Templeton College, Oxford.
Nerilee Rockman has worked in senior legal and commercial roles in the resources industry for over 25 years, including with Mobil, WMC, and Acacia Resources. She is currently Vice President Legal, Environment, and Supply Chain for AngloGold Ashanti Australia, managing a diverse department of corporate and mine site-based staff across a spectrum of disciplines and functions. Nerilee has a Bachelor of Laws with first-class honours from UWA, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance, and completed the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD.
Chris Hunt is the Managing Partner and lead Consultant for VENARI a boutique Property and Facilities Management advisory business. Chris has more than 30 years of Property and Facilities Management experience and is a Founder and current Non-Executive Director of Evolve FM, one of Australia’s largest Indigenous Property Services companies. Chris was the MD of Integrated FM at JLL for 14 years and is a past Chairman and board member of the FMA Australia.
George Stamas is the Founder and MD of GJK Facility Services. George is also a shareholder and director of GJK Indigenous Solutions, an award-winning leading employer of Indigenous and Torres Strait Islanders. He is also an Alternate Director at Australian Super, a Trustee director at Epworth Medical Foundation, a national director of BSCAA, the national Vice-Chair of the FMA, a fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, and a member of AICD.
Kristiana Greenwood is the Director of Strategic Relationships at GJK Facility Services. Before this role, she co-founded and directed FM Innovations, an award-winning technology company which she sold in early 2019 to Zuuse, a leading global software platform for construction and building operations. Kris is a graduate of AICD and was appointed the first female Chair of FMA Australia in 2015 and is currently on the board as the Immediate Past Chair. She is a non-executive director of Zuuse, a board member of Housing All Australians, and sits on several advisory boards.
